Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! Orders over $75 ship free within the continental U.S. Smaller orders ship at a flat, calculated rate shown at checkout.
Can balloons be shipped?
Inflated balloons can't ship, but we inflate them fresh in-store for local pickup. Un-inflated balloon kits and arch garlands ship anywhere.
How much lead time do custom balloons need?
Please order custom arches and large bouquets at least 48 hours in advance so our team can build them by hand for your pickup date.
What is your return policy?
Unopened, unused items can be returned within 30 days for a full refund. Custom and personalized items are final sale.
Do you offer bulk or wholesale pricing?
We do — event planners, caterers and venues can apply for bulk pricing and dedicated support on our Planners page.
Can I order for an event on a specific date?
Absolutely. Add your event date at checkout or on the contact form and we'll make sure everything is ready with time to spare.
